The refund rule in one place
Help Me Bro offers one refund promise, and it is tied to the grade your work receives.
- Grade of C: 50% of the fee for that order is refunded.
- Failing grade: the full fee for that order is refunded.
You need to show proof of the grade. A screenshot or a copy of the graded result is enough.
I am Ahsan Irfan, the only person who works on files at Help Me Bro, so any request you send comes straight to me.
What counts as proof
The refund depends on the grade, so I need to see it. Send either of these:
- a screenshot showing the grade on the work I edited, or
- a copy of the graded result.
Please make sure it is clear which paper or assignment the grade belongs to, so I can match it to your order.
How to request a refund

- Include your order details, so I can find the work in question.
- Attach your proof of the grade.
Help Me Bro has no street or postal address, so email and WhatsApp are the ways to reach me about a refund.
Which work the rule covers
The rule applies to graded work. If you receive a grade of C or a failing grade on a paper I edited, the rule applies to that order.
Work that never receives a grade, such as a CV or a journal submission, is not covered by a grade-based rule, because there is no grade to point to.
What is not covered
No other refunds are promised. The grade-based rule above is the only refund policy Help Me Bro offers.
When does a refund apply?
A refund applies when the work I edited receives a grade of C or a failing grade. For a C, 50% of the fee for that order is returned. For a failing grade, the full fee for that order is returned. In both cases I need proof of the grade before I can process the refund.
What do I need to send to request a refund?

Is my CV or journal submission covered by the refund rule?
The refund rule applies to graded work. A CV or a journal submission does not receive a grade, so a grade-based rule does not cover it. If you are unsure whether your document fits, send me a message before you order and I will tell you plainly.
Can I get a refund for a reason other than the grade?
No other refunds are promised. Help Me Bro has a single refund rule, and it depends on the grade the edited work receives. A C earns a 50% refund of that order’s fee, and a failing grade earns the full fee back.
Does the refund change who the author of my paper is?
No. You make every change and remain the author whatever grade you receive. Help Me Bro only leaves margin comments and tracked changes for you to accept, adapt or ignore. The refund rule has no effect on that arrangement.

I leave notes in the margins and suggest edits in Word track changes; you decide what to accept, adapt or ignore, and you make every change yourself. The paper stays your work from start to finish.
