AI Policy: Human Editing Only | Help Me Bro
The short version
I do not use AI tools to edit your work or to coach you. Every margin comment and every tracked change you receive from Help Me Bro was made by me, Ahsan Irfan, reading your draft myself. Your file is not pasted into a chatbot, not run through an AI rewriting tool, and not used to train any AI system.

How I handle your files
- Only I read them. Ahsan Irfan is the only person who works on files at Help Me Bro. There is no team and no one else who opens your document.
- No AI tools in the process. I do not paste any part of your document into an AI tool, and I do not use AI to produce, polish or check my comments.
- No AI training. Your files are never used to train AI.

What human-only editing looks like in practice
You send a draft you wrote. I read it and respond in Word the way an editor would: margin comments that point out unclear sentences, gaps in an argument or citation problems, and tracked changes that show a suggested fix. Then the work goes back to you.
You decide what to do with each note. Nothing is changed unless you accept it, so the text stays yours from first draft to final version. If you want to see how a typical engagement runs, the how it works page walks through it, and about explains who I am.
If you use AI in your own writing
Help Me Bro does not help text pass AI-detection or plagiarism checks. I do not rewrite AI-generated text so that it looks human-written, and I do not tune wording to get under a detector’s threshold. I also make no promise that edited work will clear any checker, because that is not something I can offer or control.
Schools, journals and employers set their own rules about AI, and those rules differ and change. Please read your institution’s policy and follow it before you send me anything. My position on honest academic practice is set out on the academic integrity page.
Do you use ChatGPT or any other AI tool when you edit my paper?
No. I do not use any AI tool at any stage of editing or coaching. I read your draft myself and write every margin comment and tracked change by hand in Word. Your text is never pasted into an AI tool, and nothing in my process is generated by software.
Will my document be used to train AI?
No. Your file is never used to train AI, and it is never given to an AI tool. Only I read it, since I am the only person who works on files at Help Me Bro. The privacy page explains how your files and personal details are handled.
Can you make my text pass an AI detector?
No. Help Me Bro does not help text pass AI-detection or plagiarism checks, and I do not offer any guarantee about what a checker will report. I give comments and tracked changes on writing you produced, and you decide which suggestions to accept.
I used AI for part of my draft. Can you rewrite those parts so they read as mine?
No. I do not rewrite AI-generated text to disguise it. Please check what your school, journal or employer allows before you send a draft, and follow those rules. The academic integrity page explains where Help Me Bro draws its line.
Who will actually read my file?
Only Ahsan Irfan. Help Me Bro is a one-person service, so there are no other editors, reviewers or assistants who open your document. The same person who answers your quote request edits your paper and writes every comment you receive.
